Three Peaks Challenge
24/09/2010 Fat Dog and Friends a local Dog Walking and Boarding Company are taking part in the mammoth Three Peaks Challenge to raise vital funds for the animal centre.

The event will see the team scale the three highest peaks in the British Isles within 24 hours on September 24th 2010.
Fat Dog has long been supporters of the Animal Centre and we would love to show our appreciation in return by giving them all our support and helping them raise hundreds if not thousands of pounds for the animals here in Coventry and surrounding areas.

I am sure knowing they are helping so many animals will help them through there challenge even at the most difficult points.
The animal centre and its staff have many links with Fat Dog and Friends and owner Tim Pluckrose. Fat Dog cares for many of our adopted dogs during the holiday season and also helps a few of our staff out with their animals. Jennie our Kennel Supervisor also works for Tim on her days off from the centre and after lasts years’ abseil she is continuing her daredevil tricks by joining Tim and taking part in one more adrenalin packed challenge. Three other Fat Dog team members will be taking they are Glen, Ali and Sarah.

We wish them all the best of luck and hope they manage to get lots of sponsorship.
